Weeknight(s) and/or Weekend sessions available, plus Polo Swim Fit Mon, Tues, Thurs AM.

WATER POLO TRAINING
WEEKNIGHTS – 5:30 Dryland START:
- Monday Night: 6:00-7:30 18 Girls and 18 Boys Plus 7:00-8:00pm Masters
- Tuesday Night: 6:00-7:30 U/12’s Boys and Girls
- Wednesday Night: 6:00-7:30 U/16 Girls and Boys
- Thursday Night: 6:00-7:30 U/14 Girls and Boys

Dryland session 30 minutes PRIOR TO 6pm. So, all weeknight sessions start from 5:30pm.

SUNDAY
In addition (or instead) to weeknight, you can join Sunday:

- 8:00-9:00am U/12 Boys and Girls (New to Water Polo)
- 9:00-10:30am U/18 Boys and Girls
- 10:30-12:00pm U/16 Boys and Girls
- 12:00-1:30pm U/14 Boys and Girls

COSTS
$150 + GST for 2 sessions per week (weeknight and Sunday)
$100 + GST for 1 session (weeknight OR Sunday)

POLO SWIM FIT
Mon/Tues/Thursday sessions
$10 per session in blocks of 6 weeks – 1, 2, 3 times a week if you like!
