Monday Nights:
5:15pm. Arrive and Land WarmUp
5:30-7:00pm. Pool Session

Tuesday to Thursday Nights:
530pm Arrive and Land Warmup
600-730pm Pool Session

Swim Fit: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 5:30-7:00am

U11 program $100 for training Tuesday and Sunday morning

$75 if only choosing one of them
