Term 2 Program - 8 Weeks 3rd May to 26th June

We understand that many of the kids are involved in other winter sports, so we have designed a program with flexibility in mind.
MORNING SESSIONS - players can attend any one, or more, of the three available days each week.
- Monday 5:30am - 7:00am (Swimming Only)
- Tuesday 5:30am - 7:00am (Ball Skills & Legs)
- Friday 5:30am - 7:00am (Ball Skills & Legs)
WEEKDAY SESSIONS - players are welcome to join the U12-U14, or U14-U16 groups. All sessions will focus on core skills such as shooting, passing and blocking. You can choose the day(s) that are more suitable for you*:
- Monday PM 5:30-7:30pm Senior Men, Boys Born 2009/10, Select invited 2011/12 Boys
- Tuesday PM 5:30-7:00pm ALL U/12 Boys & Girls Born 2015 or later
- Wednesday PM 5:30-7:00pm ALL U/14 Girls & Boys Born 2013/2014
- Thursday PM 5:30-7:00pm U/16 Girls & Boys Born 2012/2011, U/18 Girls + Female PLR
*Note: Weekday evening sessions are a guide only. Don't worry about the age group specification... We want to stress flexibility through winter and training together with your friends. We will have coaches for example that can take U/12s at the U/14's session if that happens.
SUNDAY SESSIONS will be game-based, including 5-on-5 matches and beach water polo, providing a fun and competitive environment with two games going side by side at the pool.

This flexible approach is designed to help players balance water polo with their school and winter sports commitments, while continuing to develop their skills in preparation for the 2026/27 water polo season.
Price: 3 sessions/week $260+GST
2 sessions/week $180+GST
