It’s been a long and successful season so far, but we’re now coming into the most important part of the year. With only two weeks of competition left before Semi Finals and Grand Finals — and then leading straight into AYC — this is where it matters most.

I cannot stress this enough:
NOW is the time to commit to being at your best.
Make EVERY training session and all games The session you miss could be the one piece of information, the extra fitness, or the small improvement that makes the difference in Finals and at AYC.

We must support each other — in and out of the pool.
Whether you’re on the sideline or in the water, energy matters.
Cheer the goal scorers. Celebrate great defensive efforts. Lift each other up.

Success comes from playing as a team — in the water and out of it — and by listening and trusting our coaches.

Embrace the challenge.
Enjoy the moment.
Have fun doing it.
